I have been working at CoLab for almost 3 months, and as a junior developer, I can tell you there is no better place than CoLab to help you grow further in your career! Some of the pros of working for CoLab as a Junior Dev are: - Strong support from the team in numerous areas - Access to countless learning resources. If they don't have what you want, then you can make a request to purchase it as well! - A system that allows juniors to take accountability for their work - Opportunity for pair programming - A strong culture that uplifts you every day, making you want to deliver more than expected results! - Senior Developers treat you with respect and value your opinion (As a junior dev, I believe this is very important as it helps cultivate more unique ideas and concepts ) - Managers are always checking on you to ensure you are not stressing yourself too much, and if you are, they are always ready to lend a hand or guide you in the right direction - The CEO is so friendly, and he makes the whole work environment more welcoming! He treats all his employees with care and also keeps all the teams updated on the future goals of the company. Everyone knows what's going on in the company. This transparency boosts the culture of the company, in my opinion! - Recent Update: There is also lunch provided in the office on multiple days of the week! This helps employees concentrate more!!!
