Its not a easy company to get into, or for that matter to advance in once you're inside. But if you make it, I have witnessed many examples of people who just stopped working and there is no consequence for it.

The lazy will be rewarded at almost the same rate as those who work hard. There is SO much work that needs to be done, but because we have duplicate teams at each company, there is so much waste of resources on just duplicating the basic needs of the company. Until this problem is fixed, we are basically just playing catch up everyday, instead of combining teams and starting on more proactive work.
