      Pros

      The company benefits are brilliant, full healthcare, flexi time hours, lifework days etc. CluneTech cannot do enough for their staff. Their is an amazing community of people at CluneTech. You always feel supported in everything you do here and there is never a shortage of colleagues who would do everything to give you a helping hand when you need it both in work and outside of work. CluneTech is in my opinion, a truly great place to work for anyone looking for a new start in their career.

      As someone who was excited to join CluneTech’s umbrella company, I was beyond disappointed about my experience working there. There is no standardization, the work culture lacks humanness, understanding and support. Management is quite unprofessional and lacks true leadership, mentorship and transparency. It felt like I was an outsider within the team. It’s safe to say the environment made me feel unhappy being there.
