      - Fixed range salary till the duration of contract - Multiple opportunities are given (If you face escalations at one client, you'll be deployed to another client) - Layoffs are extremely rare

      Kontras

      - SCAM ALERT: 3.5 year bond for freshers only. You are required to sign a contract for 3.5 years + pay a security deposit of 1L(refundable after bond completion) and if you want to terminate your contract for any reason, pay another 2L - You will be provided training for a certain technology but it is highly likely that you will be deployed for completely different tech (ex. trained for DBA and deployed on site for App Support) - Work culture at some clients is extremely unprofessional - Work life balance is👎 - Management attitude is not pleasant during the notice period
