Pros
Working here at CloudWorker helps me in managing my own time and also allow me to study when l need to. I am a student at the Pharmacy school in my country and l do have a lot of exams and assignments, but with this job l can select my own time and if l need to earn more then l can also freestyle as my time zone works great with the most busy timings. The TL's are really great and very comfortable with training you. When you're being trained you don't even know that they are there and they are very supportive. I am proud to say that my trainer Gary was a great deal. I also heard James who trained one of my friends. So l am confident to say that being self employed and having great people to work with is a big deal and the best job you can ask for. I would even recommend this job to all of my family members and hope that they all get through and stay with the company as it is unlikely for anyone to leave.

Not much cons, all l can say is that when booking your own shift we the employees need to know what we want since this isn't a opportunity given to you by other workplace.
