It's a company where the most of the current employees are Russians (that's changing, and it's really good). The company cares about autonomy of their employees and also about their grow. They provide for the Russians employees free English courses, and the Company his trying they're best for getting an Internationalization level. And that's amazing. The salary isn't bad, and the perks make sense for what you do. Each team has a different dynamic, but always based on you. It's a company that gives you freedom and takes advantages of modern project management principles. Everyone is good and takes care of you, always trying to understand what you need and what they can help you in order to improve your experience and to make you more comfortable. The company is working harder for improving their internationalisation and delivering good experiences for the employees.

Since the company is growing really fast, after their last deals with the market, I really would advice for some internal documentation. Some things misses. Eg.: We don't have a lot of documentation about the software we use for code versioning.
