Good product that succeeds in spite of company management. Absent Private Investor ownership that isn't as involved as they need to be.

Kontras

High levels of turnover in sales. Management that leads thru fear and intimidation. To much micromanagement. Too little training and resources.

Pros

Great people at majority of levels in the company. Quality product, brand recognition in the industry.

CEO leads by fear and intimidation, creating toxic work environment and overall unhappy culture. High turnover in nearly all levels of company due to culture created by CEO. While I was employed and currently (I'm still in contact with current employees) employees are unhappy at entry, mid, management and executive levels. Due to this environment employees do not desire to be a long term employees under this CEO, leading to the turnover and low tenure. Jekll and Hyde personality / leadership.
