I have gained so much professionally from interning at ClinIntell. It’s a place where I have gotten to do many types of work and feel like I’ve truly gotten to add value to the team!

I think that if you are someone who doesn’t want to get candid feedback, this might not be the workplace for you. Personally, for me, I find that very helpful, but I think some people might have a difficult time for it.

It is a small company. You will know the names of most people who work here quite easily.

The upper management is quite cunning and good at manipulating employees. Most employees here think that working stressful, brutally long, and exhausting hours is cool. They don't seem to mind having a terrible work-life balance. It was a ridiculous approach that I didn't like, and when I tried to speak up, they pushed me out. Please beware and avoid if you don't want to be overworked and burn out quickly.
