Pros

1. Small group 2. Half of the Project Management team is not qualified imo.

Kontras

"...Clicktime has great management and a fun, intelligent team. It's casual and technology focused, so I would say the closest culture stereotype is Google." -THIS IS SO INCREDIBLY FUNNY DUE TO HOW INACCURATE IT IS. 1. No room for advancement. 2. No senior position hired or promoted in more than 5 years 3. High school like cliques, 4. Poor pay 5. If you're hourly, you're asked to swap time around so that when you work more than 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, or on a holiday, the company doesn't have to pay you extra.

Pros

Leadership that cares, clear vision about the direction of the company, flexibility with high standards. A remote-first company that manages to stay really collaborative and cross-functional. So grateful I had the chance to start my career in tech here - learned so much from all the leaders, and coworkers. I had the chance to develop skills, propose and complete projects somewhat outside of the scope of my role, and was encouraged to experiment and innovate with AI.

Kontras

If you care about rapid title advancement, may not be the place for you. BUT, if learning + impact is your priority, it's an awesome company to be a part of.

Pros

-Compensation was fair for the role -Good Work/life balance

Kontras

-The product is outdated—feels a decade behind competitors and lacks innovation -Leadership is extremely old school and resistant to change -Management will say one thing and do another, often disregarding frontline insights -Long-tenured employees often coast while newer hires work hard to gain recognition -Decision-making tends to favor whoever speaks the loudest, not the best ideas
