That makes you want to appreciate your job every day. - Great colleagues who can go beyond call of duty to go get things done. Solution consultants at Click are world-class. - Click offers great flexibility for the right roles. Productivity and work-ethic are the important aspects, what you get in return is flexibility. - It’s true that Click went through some management changes in 2017. I can now say that there has been a massive cultural shift at Click – one that realises it's true strengths and the importance of team work. There is also more focus on customer success more than ever. I have been at Click for 2 years now, it's a great place to be.

- In my opinion, Click can broaden its offerings to pursue new areas/verticals to expand the reach. Company is aware of this is actively working on this. - Tackling complexities is complex - thats fundamentally inherent with any software that's designed to tackle some complex challenges. So a few things at Click can be complex - from sales cycles to implementations and beyond. This is not negative at all but you have to have the competence and the knack to navigate through the complexities at times. Probably not everyone is cut out to handle these roadblocks and find the most efficient path to success.
