Our innovative solutions are transforming the utility industry by helping companies reduce their environmental impact and enabling them to champion a green culture that ultimately has an impact on the communities that you and I live in. We're still a smallish company of about 120 people, and as we continue to grow, we recognize the challenges of maintaining our identity and core culture, and at the same time, acknowledge that some things will need to change and improve. Over the last few years we have successfully expanded into new markets and are continually working hard to solidify our footprint in these markets. In growing our team, we have brought in some very experienced individuals whose leadership and wisdom will complement the brilliant minds at Clevest. This has not prevented us from identifying career paths and providing new opportunities for those eager to take on more responsibility and develop their careers at Clevest, whether in their own department or in another department. There are opportunities to work on large projects, with customers of all sizes, opportunities to travel, and opportunities for external professional development. While there may be no published structure or process for advancing from one level to the next, I don't necessarily see this as a negative. We have the benefit of being nimble and responsive to changes in our environment, and this applies to growing your career here as well. We encourage our staff to seize opportunities as they present themselves (and in a high growth environment like ours, opportunities are readily available) and not fear taking risks. We appreciate your advice on better communication around changes to our product or company strategy - this is definitely something we need to continue doing more of (as well as doing it more effectively).
