Colleagues are generally nice. Working pace is slow. Good place to retire if you want to be reasonably paid and not do much

The work volume is quite low and hence there are quite a fair bit of down time. Hence, sometimes work can get pretty mundane and boring. Career advancement/ opportunities are very limited as well. Training are based on first in first out principal hence be prepared to wait for more than a year to be trained in your business activities. Poor career advancement as well as there is a flat hierarchy - the only way is to move forward is to transfer to other departments.
