Tech company just wasn't for me.

Good for people who donot prefer progressing in their careers. Not passionate about learning new technologies. Prefer surrounded with drunkers and cheap mentality co-workers. All you can learn is to cheat, lie, discriminate, slavery, backbitting, abusing etc etc in Cleraleap under idiotic managers

Highly Unprofessional, Disorganized environment. Hiring interview panel and managers are non-technical and therefore they hire freshers and work on the cheap, old version of the softwares mostly open source tools, to save few bucks for their beers, free food other alcohol beverages. Employees are discriminated, Management is biased, partial and manipulative. The company is totally dependent on the 3rd party vendors for every small thing. Employees are pushed to work every weekends and until atleast midnight on the weekdays including federal holidays. Management will never keep their promises for bonus, perks etc. Biggest Liars and Backbitters. The company looks like bar or club, employees drink alcohols during normal business hours, meetings, running around bare footed, play all day along, Company fails to meet the release deadlines therefore. People have right to abuse anyone. Managers and Management overlook these kinds of unethical behavior. Managers and Management lie about others designations, salaries and every small things. Must say they are very good at manipulating things. It was a ridiculous experience. Thank God! I'm out of this nonsense. Its definitely not worth to join this self claim fake company. BEWARE!!!!
