Everyone blames someone else for their mistakes. Customers are at a great disadvantage because of rushed production. Terrible unpredictable scheduling if you are not a manager. A clear job description is never spelled out. No matter how reliable you are or hard you work or valued you seem to be compensation does not match. I go to the food shelf to make ends meet.
