      Management is a cohesive team. All are very focused on great customer service. The company is very community minded.

      Service industries have a hard time finding and retaining quality workers. Janitors, housekeepers, and other cleaning industry employees are often not given the respect they deserve by the people they serve. Their job is not easy and they work very hard.

      Company always appreciate their employees. Give them insentives and the owner is very understanding.
