The workloads are enormous, they never respect the 8 hour shift, the managers are lazy and delegate their duties, they cut to the lowest the annual profits bonus, there is no possibility of growing in the company since the managers and directors are very efficient in promise a lot to the new employees until they realize its al fake and they resign without getting a compensation. The company only wants money no matter how many people they dispose like something meaningless.
This last two and a half years at ClarkeModet have been a rollercoaster, with a lot of changes including a new CEO and "C" levels at the Company, new Regions and countries created and a lot of challenges wchich made me a better professional specially at the management of Teams.

The Company should be more interested in keep or retain the best professionals, offering better salaries, conditions or even the possiblitity to migrate to other countries.
