Pros
This company really has it all... from a relaxed work environment and fun, solid culture to plentiful benefits and a fully-stocked kitchen. I honestly have never worked at a company where I get excited to go to work each day and where I think about work when I'm at home or the gym... and do so freely. Not out of stress or dread, but because I find myself constantly thinking of ways to improve within my role or new strategies I want to try out to help the company grow! You know that the owners are invested in your personal life and care about your overall happiness. We have a very open work environment that allows you to rub shoulders with the owners each day. They joke and have fun, but they are the hardest working employees as well! Definite mentors to look up to! If you're lucky, you can even join the company band
