Pros
HOD are very cooperative with their staff But to be honest, it's not an easy thing here to get promoted People might get an increment to the salary on yearly basis (based on Financial Status of the Co.) maximum by 7.5%, but no promotions still.
Kontras
Those who wants to join us have to consider meeting all Share Holders demands & dead line which is very different from one share holder to another. but still, people here respect each other & support each other at all times. the only thing i don't like about it is that whatever you will be doing since first date you join will stay the same till last date, which is very boring.
