I would recommend working for the company as long as you're not working in marketing.

They offered me a remote role, then changed it to 4 days in the office during my probation review. They gave me tasks which weren't even marketing roles. I had to push back on the content my boss wanted me to post as it would be detrimental to the company brand and my career.
