Management are horrendous bullies, they look after each other even though they are completely incompetent. Management style is something out the dark ages, bullying and intimidation is a daily occurrence. Do not join this business if you value your mental health, they run people into the ground. They like to pretend they care about your mental health but it's utter rubbish, just fake postering. Staff turnover is shocking, unless you're part of the old school man club at the top level, you're in for a very rough ride. All senior leadership care about is looking after themselves and getting as many free trips and days out that they can.... Then spend the rest of their time bullying, berating and intimidating everyone else. AVOID.
