Toxic - Transportation Engineer bei CivilTech Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

By far the worst job I've ever had. Very toxic "bro" culture. Awful "CEO" that only cares about money and himself. Willing to risk employee safety in order for everyone to be in the office. Extremely conservative and political company. Did not realize how toxic it truly was until I got a new job and my overall mental & physical health and wellbeing got so much better. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy until the "CEO" is gone. Don't let the new company buyout fool you, civiltech and woolpert are still very much two separate companies so don't expect the benefits they say they'll give you.
