You get to work on an amplitude of projects, feeling like your work actually has a positive impact on the world. The team is nice and always ready to help. People seem to love the work they do, and they're good at it.

While I was an intern, I was not paid. It seems hypocritical for an NGO that fights for human rights not to pay people for their work.
