Pros

Having worked here at Citrus for the past few years, I have always felt supported by my team and managers, and that genuine care makes Citrus a wonderful workplace. I am really proud to be part of the Citrus family. I know from my experience that Citrus management give flexibility to employees when in need, whether a family emergency or personal health issues. The company encourages continuous learning, skill-improvement, and have arranged regular weekly knowledge-sharing sessions as well.
