There is nothing positive to talk about

Long working hours. DL needs to manage 10-15 projects with 70-80 members without any PMO support. Most of the time is lost in menial tasks such as XLS data collection, TS validation, client billing, leave tracking etc. Absolutely no time to learn technical stuff. Crazy pressure for margins. Even leaves are categorized into mandatory and non-mandatory so that people do not take much leaves. Entire focus is on billing and margins. Weekends are wasted in interviews. Laptops are of such inferior quality that it takes 30 minutes to boot. Forget about opening multiple applications. No Trust, people cannot even install java or change an environment variable. Compensation is pathetic. No bonus even if higher margins achieved. Most of the old employees are micro managers. They do not respect the time of others. Horrible, useless and stupid quality processes which eat up 30-40% of delivery time which leads to burn out. You cannot speak up without repercussions. Pathetic place to work, avoid.
