1. None any more. CT used to be good place to work. Not anymore.

1. WFO policy. 2 day/week WFO policy with a threat of adding more and more days if being non compliant. Policy doesn’t make any sense to folks working in night shifts. 2. Measly salary hikes. 3. Apathy from management about employee woes. 4. No more bonuses. 5. They have now implemented a time keeping system that will make sure we loose the flexibility we had during working. 6. In general employees have lost their morale due to ongoing layoffs. 7. The downward graph in the review that you see on the glassdoor CT page is completely accurate. Not a good place to work anymore
