Fast paced learning in healthcare, lot of peer learning. Good cafeteria

Injustice can be consistently seen in many facets - recognition, payouts, appraisals & favoritism. Irrational and tyrannical management and processes, wonder how they fudge the best places to work title (must be a worthless recognition). Some senior management folks are sly and mean, using their reportees to do extra hard work - which is never recognized or translates to benefits like onsite visits, appraisals etc. Moods, whims and fancies dictate the growth track for an employee. Funny thing, girls have an edge over boys for perks like onsite opportunities, reviews etc.
