Pros

Nothing i can see and EXPERIENCED. People are addig flexibility time as pros . I dont know why they want people who work 1pm to 10 pm sift. No project which is 10 to 7 11 to 8 .. This should highlight before giving the offer to any one.

100 of cons 1. Wyen you join the orgnazation you will get a lot of training session which is not necessary .related to client handling n all 2. No project 3. Staffing team will provide the projec which is non matching skill. 4 if you reject the project they start blaming game 5. If you are techi person you can survive due to improper project assignment. 6. As developer we focus on project and technical skill .but here nothing is for you . It was my mistsck to join the ct based on glassdoor review which is mostly added by HR team or people those are non IT peoplr

Sometimes requirements are notGrowth and promotion cycles can be slow and not always transparent. Some projects may have high workload and tight deadlines. Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
