Stable but no growth old tech bureaucracy - Vice President Risk Management bei Citi: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very old software. Laptops given are extremely slow and it was not making us productive. No money for monitor or home office setup. Too strict about coming to the office. No clear areas of responsibility, everyone dropping the ball, team meetings of 2 hours without clear action plans. Management change too often, team name changed 4 times in a year. Whole team job can be now automated with AI but Citi is too slow therefore behind competitors. Job is good if you have kids and rather at the end of your career, for growth other places are better
