No direction. You are left to find out things by yourself. I don't think they have a vision for the future. I was totally left clueless about my job. No KRAs. Management travels without cost optimization, but not the same for other workers. Cut costs where you can. Family owned business, so others are always felt left out. After leaving, spoke to an ex-colleague, who felt the same and left.
