Remember, this is a start-up: * the main philosophy of the company is: the cheaper the better. * the level of micromanagement is incredible, resulting in spending more time in meetings than actually doing something. Some "small level managers" can be 35 hours out of 40/week busy with meetings. * outsourcing is the main way of work, leading to delays, chaos, misunderstandings, and finally, nothing to be done properly and on time. * the company have a main axis (the goal that they would like to achieve) but for some reason, everybody seems to go on his own directions. To make an analogy, imagine releasing 30 chickens on one end of a huge field hopping that they will go to the chicken coops on the other side of the field, by themselves, while the CEO is expecting eggs from the chicken coop.
