There have been multiple reorganizations in a short amount of time. There is a lack of transparency. Over the last year, the culture has become extremely toxic with many people being on edge and with reprimand being the motivating strategy from leadership. A lot of good people were lost either by reorganization or leaving due to the culture and lack of growth.
