Everyone is very much willing to accept that they might be wrong or that there are things they don't know. - If you don't like your contract or want to try something new, management is willing to work with you to move you somewhere else internally.

- Try to get onto a contract where Cipher Tech is the prime. Compensation isn't amazing but it's decent. Hard to compete against other companies with lower rates that are a result of being a subcontractor. - Management tries their best to keep a pulse but the company is growing very fast and sometimes it's hard to ask for a moment knowing how busy the company's leadership is as they grow.
