Very interesting work solving some of the most challenging problems in the industry. The company truly values their employees. Flat management structure that allows for people to focus on solving difficult problems instead of trying to climb the corporate ladder. Company culture allows you to be open and honest without feeling like you’re going to be pushed to the side for your opinions. Great teammates who are willing to listen to your ideas, offer mentoring on tough tasking, and provide any constructive feedback that might be needed in order to help you advance in your career.

Pros

- Incredibly friendly and intelligent culture. Coworkers are all interested in honing their craft and constantly accept there's much they have to learn. - Mission driven work. Cipher Tech always strives to find meaningful or technically interesting/engaging work. - Management tries their best to engage with you as an equal and to listen to feedback and complaints to grow as a company. Everyone is very much willing to accept that they might be wrong or that there are things they don't know. - If you don't like your contract or want to try something new, management is willing to work with you to move you somewhere else internally.

Kontras

- Try to get onto a contract where Cipher Tech is the prime. Compensation isn't amazing but it's decent. Hard to compete against other companies with lower rates that are a result of being a subcontractor. - Management tries their best to keep a pulse but the company is growing very fast and sometimes it's hard to ask for a moment knowing how busy the company's leadership is as they grow.
