      Pros

      One of chillest companies you can work for in this industry. You can really have a work-life balance! Good for absolute juniors, or veterans who want to ease into comfy retirement.

      Kontras

      In order to be chill, they have to be less cut-throat, which leads to taking on less prestigious projects, which leads to low budget or boring projects... also, artists have a very slow growth.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Kontras

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Kontras

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
