Pros

The mission is good and a lot of the people care. My department manager was honest and supportive. Sometimes you could leave early on Friday's, but that was unevenly allowed.

Kontras

The CEO has an extremely high opinion of herself and senior management does a lot of performative dancing when the boss comes around and people talk after. In my short time there I suspect about 30% of the time was wasted on useless meetings and quality improvement nonsense that gave people more work unrelated to the mission. Interview and job description misrepresented the role.

The staff are committed to the Members they serve.

Kontras

The arrival of a new CEO significantly shifted the organization’s mission, vision, and culture. Advancement opportunities appeared to depend largely on close alignment with executive leadership. Employees who expressed differing perspectives were often marginalized or pushed out of the organization.
