Pros

- Multicultural work environment. - Decent infrastructure. - Espresso machine and other amenities. - Ambitious vision for the future of the company.

Kontras

- Departments are siloed to the extreme and seem to compete against each other. As a consequence, collaboration is discouraged. - Product design is virtually non-existent and in practice means reverse engineering their own existing products with an unbelievably short-sighted "we know better" attitude. Saving face and making managers look good is rewarded and a priority over executing and delivering. - Development teams are meant to use Scrum and other agile tools, but only as a façade. Management assigns "personal projects" to individuals. Those are just part of the regular work that managers want to prevent from being estimated and developed by a team, hoping that this approach will get things done faster. - Communication is ineffective. Meetings are often long and dull, with parts of the attendance heads-down, swiping at their smartphones.

We appreciate your honest review of your time with us. Communication in a company is a balancing act, and when you are growing at a fast pace (we’ve grown 300% in the last 5 years), it requires even more adjustments. In fact, we’ve recently made many organizational changes in order to address many of the items you listed in your review. Nice employees (non-management) Free Coffee Free parking

Lots of people leaving recently, senior people. Has not been growing. A few of people on the "Exec Team" really do not have the skills to have an Exec job. No customer success direction. No company leadership. HR is non-existent. Finance is HR. HR/Finance is actually the best place to find out all the secrets - which is scary. Core Values are just signs - not lived by (maybe by Exec team that leave early and are allowed to take vacations)
