Pros
Unfortunately no pros only cons... Pros where there atleast 6 years back when it was a good place to work and recommend. Now only few sycophant managers are visible on the floor who became managers without any skill certifications.
Kontras
1. Uncertain future 2. Very very few projects. 3. Pipeline for new projects is empty. 4. No hike/increment for last 2 years. Unlikely in 2018 too. 5. People are leaving the company every week in bulk numbers. 6. Remaining managers/Sr.Managers/etc. are mostly sycophants without any people management skills. Just enjoying their time till the Co. dissolves. 7. No development projects. Only few junk support projects (once in, spoil your life). 8. Cost cutting everywhere. Till now 6th and 7th floor are there with approx 300 seaters each floor. 7th Floor is now totally empty. Hopefully it will be shut down soon. 6th Floor is running but with less than half capacity.
