Cialfo is a startup. almost 100% remote staff working from home. it provides great flexibility & work life balance because you get to skip commuting. The employee benefit program is also very attracting.

as the company is still young, the management is focusing on revenue driven activites more than anything . overtime is unavoiable. there is a lot room to improve operation efficiency..

Somewhat successful in spite of CEO. People work hard, are flexible, collaborative. A Singapore based company with potential.

Failure to launch - poor execution keeps it from being competitive in the market. Singapore company which means many late nights and early mornings. 10+ hour days. Benefits not competitive in the US (low salaries, no retirement/401K, private insurance). Caustic, unhealthy work environment. Public reprimanding. Must have thick skin. Inexperienced, angry founder. Poor and inconsistent communication. Best for those who are young with no family looking to build a resume. Not a place for those who value work life balance or clear strategic vision.
