Churchill is very picky about who they hire, so everyone here is very smart. The products are also very cool - you can tell they were designed by engineers, not marketers. I came from a web development position, and this low-level stuff is way more satisfying to me. Also, free lunch.

The benefits aren't as good as a large company. Specifically, there's no 401k match and health insurance is only partially covered.
