Working from home(but that’s only due to covid). Otherwise they don’t allow it... unless your specially chosen so it’s inconsistent.

High turnover like I have never seen and it’s been going on for a while. Managers are overwhelmed and micromanage. Claims loads are double or more than they should be. People out for extended periods of time and people quitting have places heavy loads on the employees. Constant changes and direction from one manager to another. Believe I am under paid compared to other carriers. And bonus even at the top amount is lower than I had with prior companies. The training is not great for new hires and ongoing training seems rushed or not thought through at times. More like just do it.
