Great people to work with. They have the ability to change the industry. However, they have enough problems paying bills that they can’t stay above water. Their ability to make new products are great.

No vision or long term goals. Just live to see another day. There are no other ways to describe the environment of no communication from upper management. CEO and CFO have to go! Someone needs to go in there and tell people what they are doing right, tell them where to change and how to kick some tail. Outside of that,... the CEO would never do that because her ego is way out of check.
