Great learning opportunities for individuals new to the industry, very compliant to Labor regulations, and multiple paths for career growth. Management is great in maintaining a healthy work environment for the employees
Kontras
No service charge for operations under the corporate office compared to similar positions from competitors. Currently undermanned but understandable since the company is still recovering revenue from the pandemic. Standard policies and procedures are lacking as of this writing resulting to a lot of case to case based decision making and complaints but management is working on it.
