These people are evil, they have a segregation kink, they have made the operations team like the third world country in the organisation and the core team more important. They treat you like you don't exist and prioritize everything about the core team instead. They literally sacked 90% of the operations team some days ago and lied to the media that we were contract staff which is a fat LIE. Horrible management team. No growth path, you will work the whole day from 9am till 12pm sometimes with no extra compensation. HMO is not great too. Please avoid this place, you have to be in their cliques to get far
