The CEO lacks business acumen and leadership skills. You can tell a company is “winging it” when it feels like the hiring priority was on HR and Marketing rather than financial leadership like a CFO or MBA/business. Just look at our staff page, every employee is listed there publicly. Maybe that's why we have the problems we currently face today.
CEO seems to stay in his ivory tower, not really taking many questions or input directly. Not really interacting with regular employees. Makes decisions seemingly unilaterally since we dont know who is involved in these decisions. The frequency of layoffs every few months has been a hit to morale. A very absentee CEO.
The company's internal culture does not seem to reflect the mental health values it sells to clients.
CEO stays in his ivory tower, never taking any questions or input directly. Never bothers to interact with regular employees. Makes big executive decisions seemingly unilaterally. Firings every quarter (great for morale), asks the employees to find ways to save on costs as if that's our job. A very absentee CEO.
Ironically, a psychiatrist starts a mental health company, yet does not prioritize the mental health, morale, and well being of his own employees.
