Almost no benefits for crew members. Dealing with crazy customers sometimes. Work shifts are sometimes divided on the same day so instead of getting 8-hour shift with 30-minute paid break, you have 2 shifts scheduled for 4 hours each that are 30 minutes apart, so no paid break and no free meal.
