Kontras
-Corporate employees are treated like slaves and yet they are told during the hiring process Chipotle is a "work hard, play hard" culture. The latter is missing completely. -10% of the employees do 90% of the work and the ones not working are never disciplined, as they are protected by their circle of friends and tenured colleagues. -There is never positive feedback and when you request it, you are told to put your ego aside. -A few employees have way more power and knowledge than others and it breeds low morale, frustration and a lack of team work. -Salary is very low compared to other comparable companies in the area and even if you perform exceptionally well and have excellent qualifications, you are told everyone gets the same annual increase and again...to put your ego aside. -Don't stand out as a high performer and great employee or you will regret it -Bad, low performing, uneducated, lazy employees who have been there for many, many years have all the power and control and they are immune to all rules, ethical and moral responsibility. -Management is completely incompetent and HR will not help you.
