Pros
Free food for employees, and the crew I work with are typically very nice. The regular customers always make the day a bit nicer, they're good people. Tuition reimbursement seems pretty good, though I haven't used it. Read the fine print, I believe you have to work there for at least 6 months after you use the reimbursement or you have to pay it back.
Kontras
The work is hard, and it's only been getting harder since the new CEO took over, in part because we've been getting a lot more business. More and more things are being expected from people, in the same or less time, and it's not always possible when the dinner rush lasts 2-3x longer than expected some days. As a result my team is always getting out late. I miss the days when we got out on time, or even early. Additionally, most crew are not allowed to work full time, with the exception of managers. Overtime is basically unheard of for crew members, and unless you offer to come in after a call-out, and you get very lucky, you're not going to get any full time.
