Free food, but toxic management - Crew Member bei Chipotle: Mitarbeiterbewertung

S Atherton location is the worst place I've ever worked. I transferred there from the N Atherton location and immediately regretted it. The entire place is being managed mostly by people who are 20 at most with no prior experience. Very strict about everything and will yell at you or give you a dirty look if you mess something up. Additionally, management would rotate workers around stations multiple times per hour. Workers are cliquey and not friendly if you are outside of the main group. People seem miserable here. Management would not me leave until 4-6 AM when my shift was 5-12, and I was the only crew member closing 3 stations, which should be 1 person each.
