      rewards for success - you get hours based off of work ethic, efficiency and health and safety standards

      peak hours, they make you stand at a station for two hours during lunch and dinner even though there may be no customers

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
