Great hourly pay, top school district - Early Childhood Teacher bei Cherry Creek Schools: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Worked for CCSD 10 years ago and have had other driving jobs since then. Their training program is the BEST! Been to several, and this is hands down the most professional. The staff was great, the driver's were great and their benefits are very good as well. It's a good gig. Was surprised to discover a lot of retired professionals who want to stay active and live life. The corporate culture was good. For a school bus driver job, I don't think it gets any better. The academy is no cake walk. Be prepared to study and work hard. Room for advancement if you're professional. Don't sweat the split shifts, go hit the gym and be productive or take a class and learn a new skill. Oh BTW, to my homies back in Denver, The West is the Best!!!

Cherry Creek has been a great district to work for. It is one of the best paying districts in the state and there is immense opportunity to attend trainings and grow in the field. Depending on the school you work at, administration is typically supportive.

Due to the ongoing shift in Cherry Creek at this time and many people losing jobs, it is not the best district currently. Student behaviors can also be difficult to navigate and there can be a limited work/life balance during the school year depending on how much time it takes you to develop lessons for classes.
