Kontras
- No recognition, only criticism – Efforts are never acknowledged. Any mistake is immediately blamed. Repeated reviews by different reviewers waste time but are justified as “normal practice”
- Extremely weak leadership – No support when staff are blamed. Work is assigned messily and changed constantly. senior reviews are slow, unclear, and unhelpful (e.g. vague “redo” comments).
- Unfair credit and fee allocation – Major work is done from the beginning, but senior take most of the credit and sign-off. Actual contributors are sidelined.
- Unbalanced workload affecting KPI – Given low fee and more discount to client (then cannot achive KPI, blame us), high-effort cases while large fee cases go to selected individuals. Staff are blamed for poor collection even when clients are known non-payers.
- Decisions made without consultation – bias n unfair treatment
- Toxic reporting culture – Leave or emergencies are escalated unnecessarily. Creates fear, blame culture, and encourages sycophancy rather than teamwork.
